Moint Saint Aignan

I would like to clarify that the school I will be attending, ESC Rouen, is not actually located in the port-city of Rouen itself, but rather in a suburb of Rouen, to the north, called Mont-Saint-Aignan.

Very little information is available on this town, beyond what is found on its official website and wikipedia. I have yet to find a single travel/tourist guide book that even mentions it. It has a population of 21,265, and is located in the Seine-Maritime district of Haute-Normandie. It features several schools, most located in its region appropriately called Universite.
